Registration Fees

Online registration is quick and easy. You will be able to register for social events or book your raffle tickets if you would like to. Payment options include immediate settlement by credit card, or subsequent settlement upon invoice. Please note that all fees are quoted in Euro (€).

Full Congress and Young Participant fees includes:

• Session and exhibition access
• Full social programme: National Evening and Gala Banquet
• Refreshments and lunches
• Congress materials
• Note: Day Pass excludes social programme access.

Accompanying Persons fee includes:

• Full social programme: National Evening and Gala Banquet
• One full-day and one half-day scheduled tour or two half-day scheduled tours
• Note: The coffee breaks and lunches on Congress days are only open to Full Congress and Young participants.
  Accompanying persons are requested to make their own arrangements.

All fees exclude:

• Accommodation
• Airport transfers
• Travel and visa expenses
• Travel insurance
• Parking

Raffle

As has become tradition at the annual FIATA World Congress, a raffle will be hosted to raise funds for the FIATA Foundation for Vocational Training. The objective of the Foundation is to improve professional qualifications worldwide through “Train-the-Trainer’ courses in developing countries.

Participants are encouraged to generously buy tickets for the 2023 Raffle to help the Foundation realise it’s ambitious projects. See the foundation website for more about these projects: www.fiatafoundation.com
